Fernando Martínez Sanz – Managing Lawyer

Doctor of Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares (1991), awarded the highest distinction and the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize. Since 2001, he has been Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón. He serves as a member of the Special Section of the General Codification Commission responsible for the reform of the Commercial Code regarding contracts for the carriage of goods (Order of 16 March 2005). Professor Martínez Sanz has delivered numerous lectures and courses at universities, institutions, and professional associations both in Spain and abroad. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce of Castellón and Valencia. Director of the series “Transport Law” (published by Comares and Marcial Pons), he is the author of numerous articles in Spanish, German, and Italian legal journals, as well as several monographs and publications in the fields of Commercial Law and Transport Law.
